Whether buying or selling, M&A is a critical time for companies when success can turn on how well the transaction is pitched to Wall Street. Understanding the players and the playing field is critical, as is effectively taking control and managing the IR effort.  From strategy to execution, this session offers a unique view of the deal process from IROs who’ve lived it, and the analysts, bankers and investors who’ve influenced the outcomes.
