Prior positions include: Strategic Growth Manager including M&A, Financial Controller for a captive start-up business, Marketing Manager and Senior Global Procurement Manager.  Prior employers include Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard.  

Clay is also a California State University professor teaching the Financial Statements Analysis course in the Executive MBA program and has been an advisor to high-tech start-ups.
