Dorothy Flynn President, Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions Dorothy Flynn is the President of Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions (BCIS). In her role, Dorothy leads a team of over 600 international Associates and is part of the Broadridge Governance and Communications segment. Dorothy is responsible for all solutions provided to our Corporate Issuer clients including Corporate Governance Consulting, SEC Filings and Disclosure Solutions, Proxy Processing and Tabulation, Annual Shareholder Meetings, Retail Shareholder Data Services, Abandoned Property Compliance and Transfer Agency services. Dorothy serves as a member of the Broadridge Executive Leadership Committee. Keane’s focus was providing solutions to reduce operational and shareholder risk. Prior to Keane, Dorothy was the COO of The Richardson Company, a global consulting company. Dorothy has held leadership positions in Operations and Sales in very diverse industries including risk management, financial services, publishing and marine transportation. Dorothy earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and an MS from the University of Pennsylvania.
