Liz advises public and private company executives, directors and educational institutions on high-profile matters including crisis and reputation management, transformational mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, cybersecurity, litigation support, and environmental, social and governance issues.

Engagements include:

• ADP on its proxy contest defense and strategic communications support
• Invitation Homes on its merger with Starwood Waypoint Homes
• Cybersecurity incident planning and response for law firms, technology and financial services clients

Prior to joining SVC, Liz was head of investor relations and communications for public companies in the financial services, technology and real estate industries.

Liz graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College and has an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.
