Whether you are familiar with ESG/sustainability or just tuning in to the subject, this webinar will update you on the current state of sustainability reporting practices, voluntary and required, and to help you think about it in terms of investor relations. Panelists will include experts in GRI reporting and integrated reporting, both from the U.S. and U.K./Europe perspective. The goal of this webinar is to help you recognize how ESG/sustainability is rapidly maturing in strategic importance for IR.

Pam Styles is principal and founder of Next Level Investor Relations LLC. She is a senior IR practitioner, with a background in finance and strategy. In addition to traditional IR consulting, she actively consults and writes on the rapidly evolving field of ESG/sustainability, as applicable to IR. Previously, she was head of IR and corporate communications for Crane Co. and director of IR for Starwood Hotels & Resorts and RJR Nabisco. Pam is a member of the NIRI and the NIRI Senior Roundtable, Fellow with the Governance & Accountability Institute, an active member in SRI-Connect, and the Independent SRI Consultants Network. She currently serves on the board of the NIRI Capital Area chapter.

He provides expert ESG/sustainability commentary for Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and other publications. He is co-author of Strategic Governance – Enabling Financial, Environmental & Social Sustainability” (2010).  His latest book was just released in January 2017, Trends Converging! An Expert Looks Ahead of the Curve for Corporate Sustainability & Responsibility Professionals.

Louis D. Coppola is executive vice president and a co-founder of Governance & Accountability Institute and serves on the board of directors for the Global Sourcing Council.  Louis provides advice to corporate and investor clients on sustainability strategy, disclosure (reporting), investment and performance.  Lou directs the Institute's relationship with GRI including the activities around the Data Partner relationship.  He leads the G&A analysts team on several important research publications covering sustainability reporting and related trends.  Louis is also an adjunct professor at the Bard M.B.A. in Sustainability NYC campus and leads certification courses in ESG for investment professionals at Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, and CSR certification courses at Rutgers University Institute for Ethical Leadership.

Mike Krzus is an independent integrated reporting consultant and researcher. He has provided advisory services to international companies and consulting organizations. Mike has 38 years of experience in public accounting and industry.  He is a co-author of The Integrated Reporting Movement: Meaning, Momentum, Motives, and Materiality (with Robert G. Eccles and Sydney Ribot) and of One Report: Integrated Reporting for a Sustainable Strategy (with Robert G. Eccles). Mike has also written or co-authored five book chapters and 19 articles and case studies on integrated reporting. He is currently a senior advisor to BrownFlynn and Sustainserv.  He was a member of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board Advisory Council and a fellow of the Governance & Accountability Institute.
