I’m the Founder and CEO of Baker. We are corporate brand, ESG, and communications experts. We started 39 years ago writing and designing corporate annual reports. We didn’t realize it then, but we were creating corporate brands. Today we help courageous leaders and forward-thinking organizations bond their humanness, sustainability, and brand for true differentiation and attraction to all stakeholders. We help align their culture and inspire their people, to live and deliver their promise. And we develop ESG strategies and tell their story of purpose, performance, and impact.

I’m on a mission to help our client’s ‘transcend the ordinary’ to transform their business to achieve their potential and aspirations. We’ve helped Avery Dennison, Booz Allen Hamilton, Disney ABC, Nationwide, Qualcomm, and many more to grow and thrive.

I also co-host a podcast, Sustainable Minds. In each episode, we discuss how corporate purpose, vision, and values guide your behaviors, actions, and mindsets, and how they drive ESG strategies and decisions.
