Carroll Leatherman

Client Partner, Korn Ferry International

Carroll Leatherman is a Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s New York office.  She focuses her recruiting within the firm’s Financial Officer’s Practice (FOP), where her areas of expertise include the CFO, Treasurer, Investor Relations, and Strategy/Corporate Development function for key clients of the firm. She also serves as a member of Korn Ferry’s Private Capital Practice working with select private equity and alternative capital clients.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Leatherman spent two years with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where she worked in their securities litigation team defending the investigation of equity research abuse on Wall Street during 2002 and 2003.

Carroll holds a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, with Highest Honors, with a double major in American History and African-American Studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. 

Currently, Ms. Leatherman serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Timberfence Capital Partners, a New York and Kentucky based private capital firm focused on the global equine industry.
