Mary T. Conway Principal, Conway Communications Mary T. Conway, Principal of Conway Communications, brings extensive experience in strategic investor relations and financial public relations. Conway Communications, a boutique IR firm, provides tailored services to public and private companies, and has worked with +100 organizations across sectors. The firm frequently shares topical insights on issues that IROs face. Prior to establishing the firm, she held senior positions at several Boston PR firms. She was a partner at Kekst and Company (Kekst CNC) in New York. There, her work included IR and corporate transactions ranging from M&A to IPOs, leveraged buyouts, bankruptcies, proxy fights and reorganizations. She also managed crisis communications for clients. Ms. Conway holds an A.B. degree cum laude in Government, with high honors, from Dartmouth College. She has served as President of her class, President of the Class Officers Association and on the Editorial Board of the Dartmouth Alumni Magazine and Committee on Trustees. She is a director of the Dartmouth Educational Association. She is active in NIRI and a member of NIRI’s Senior Roundtable. In 2018, she was awarded the Boston Chapter’s “Hall of Fame” designation, recognizing contributions and stature among colleagues. She also held a Research appointment at the Harvard Business School.
