Registration for the 2022 NIRI Annual Conference includes full and open access to general sessions, concurrent sessions, Sunday afternoon sessions, the IR Showcase and select networking events. As applicable, breakfast, lunch, evening receptions and breaks are also included. Registrants will also receive online access to conference materials and the NIRI Events App.

Conference attendees are responsible for all related expenses such as air travel, ground transportation and lodging. Full registration pricing information is available below.

Please note: Registration to the 2022 NIRI Annual Conference is open to IR practitioners (corporate and counselor), members of affiliated professions, and a limited number of sponsoring IR service providers*. Registration and Cancellation Policies

NIRI membership is in the name of the individual, not the employer organization; member rates for events and other benefits apply only to the individual member, not all members of an organization. Registrations are nontransferable between events. Badge sharing or splitting is strictly prohibited.

Registrations will be reviewed to ensure compliance with qualifications related to the registration fee categories. Registrations may be cancelled with full refund should the registration not comply. In such cases, eligible registrants may retain the opportunity to register at the correct fee level.

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ProfessionalDevelopment@niri.org. Cancellation requests received up to one month before the event (on or before May 6, 2022) will be refunded in full, less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received within 30 days of the event (on or after May 7, 2022), including no-shows. Credits will not be issued for cancelled registrations. All refunds will be processed within one month of confirmation and in the same manner as original payment.

Substitutions requests must be made in writing and will be accepted up to one week before the event. Please note that additional registration fees may apply to a substitute in a different registration category.

Registration and attendance at NIRI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NIRI’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video recordings and electronic reproductions of such events and activities by NIRI.


Respect Our Community 
The NIRI Annual Conference is focused on thought leadership and education. Unsolicited service and product promotion outside of the exhibit area and in the conference hotel are not appropriate. Only sponsoring companies may engage attendees at the conference hotel. Please do not accept invitations to events from vendors not sponsoring the conference. Please respect our community, and notify NIRI of violations.
