As the speed of change continues to accelerate, it is difficult, yet critical to develop IR programs that allow us to meet the moment, or risk being caught flat footed. And as the speed of chance accelerates, there is more need to develop and execute IR programs that can keep pace. Within this session, we will explore how you as an IRO can develop an IR program that provides structure while remaining agile and flexible to meet the moment and drive better outcomes.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify what events (internally and externally) should drive change within your IR program as well as those that should not
- Learn how to provide clarity within your long-term strategy during times of uncertainty and message clearly
- Leverage case studies to demonstrate effective messaging during times of uncertainty
- Demonstrate how to pivot when your original plans and expectations do not come to fruition
