Phillip Brzenk is Director, Global Research & Design, at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI). Phillip is responsible for conceptualization, research and design covering global strategy, factor based, alternative beta and thematic equity indices.

Prior to joining Global Research & Design, Phillip spent five years in the index management and production groups at S&P DJI, where he was involved in the index management of strategy and custom indices.

Phillip is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He has a bachelor’s in Management with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

J.T. oversees investor relations and public relations for NYSE-listed ITG, an agency broker and financial technology firm.  Prior to joining ITG in 2009 he worked in equity research sales at CLSA Asia Pacific and Bank of America, as a marketing manager at E*TRADE and a television news producer at CNBC Asia, based in Hong Kong and Singapore.  He is a graduate of New York University (MBA), the University of Hong Kong (MA) and Georgetown University (BS).  J.T. serves on the NIRI Editorial Advisory Board.

Jennifer Almquist is the founder of Ivy Street Advisory, a boutique consulting firm specializing in investor relations, strategic communications, accounting and finance for public and private U.S. companies.  Through Ivy Street Advisory, she provides finance and financial communications counsel to C-level executives.  She has assisted companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including natural resources, tech and consumer products, through turnarounds, M&A transactions, debt restructurings and secondary offerings.
Prior to founding Ivy Street Advisory, Jennifer served as the Director of Investor Relations and SEC Reporting for Crocs through its 2009/2010 turnaround.  She also served a variety of IR, accounting and finance roles at StarTek, TeleTech, MacDermid and Coors.  She began her career as an auditor in the Denver office of Deloitte and Touche, LLP.
Jennifer is a CPA, an Investor Relations Charter holder and a member of NIRI, FEI and the AICPA.  She served as the VP of communications for the Rocky Mountain NIRI Chapter from 2013 to 2017 and won the individual chapter leadership award in 2016.  Jennifer has a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Colorado.
