How We're Making the Event Safe for All

The safety and well-being of NIRI Annual Conference attendees is our top priority, and NIRI is committed to providing a safe environment where attendees will feel comfortable and can focus on learning and connecting with others in the IR community.  

NIRI continues to monitor CDC guidelines for COVID-19 and has worked closely with the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport to implement health and safety protocols appropriate at the time of the meeting.
  • Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within 72 hours of event start will be required for all participants (attendees, guests, speakers, sponsors, staff)
  • Masks are recommended but not required in indoor event spaces  

To provide a seamless onsite experience that protects your privacy and personal data, we will utilize Health Pass by CLEAR to enable a quick check-in at the conference. *For those providing a negative COVID test, the test must be taken within 72 hours of the event start (after 11am ET on Thursday, June 2).
 
Follow the instructions below to make sure you are prepared when you arrive.
 
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE ONSITE :
  1. Download the free CLEAR app: https://clear.app.link/EFAttendee19
  2. Tap on “Get Started” on the white Health Pass tile.
    -   Select “Have a Code?” and enter the code EFATTENDEE212
    -   Select your screening option (whether you will provide proof of vaccination or upload a negative test result).
  3. Tap “Enroll or verify in CLEAR” (this process may take 5-10 minutes)
    -   New to CLEAR? When prompted, enter your email address, phone number, and have your government issued photo ID ready to complete enrollment.
    -   Already a CLEAR member? Use the email address associated with your registration and snap a quick selfie to verify your identity.
  4. Continue to follow prompts on the Entry Requirements page to securely confirm your proof of vaccination or negative COVID test results. Green means you are good to go!
 
WITHIN 72 HOURS OF EVENT START (FOR TEST OPTION ONLY):
  1. Open or enroll in the CLEAR app using the instructions above.
  2. Select your testing provider from the options, and follow the prompts to input your test results. Please note that test results must be verified (i.e., be done at a pharmacy or testing center); at-home rapid tests will not be accepted in the CLEAR app.
 
ONSITE:
  1. Once you have completed the Health Pass, you will simply need to show your Green Health Pass onsite to be able to collect your badge at registration with no additional steps.
  2. If you experience any technical difficulties with the app, you will also be able to provide alternative proof of vaccination (i.e., vaccine card or photo) or negative COVID test result onsite.
  3. Please note that guest registrants will need to provide onsite proof of their vaccination or test result.
 
Please Note: By utilizing this process, NIRI staff will not have access to your personal data regarding your vaccination status or test results.
