Leaders everywhere, including public company C-suites and Boards, are facing a level of change and demand for change on a range of societal issues that they have never before experienced from stakeholders of all forms: shareholders, customers, suppliers, employees, NGOs, regulators, governments, etc. Messaging and meaning often get out of synch. This discussion will explore these challenging issues and include productive recommendations based on examples of companies and individuals successfully leading in this complex and rapidly evolving global environment.
