Thursday, September 28
9:30 – 10:00 am Registration/Check-In
10:00 – 11:45 am Legislative Briefing
Review key activities in Congress impacting the industry, new regulations and implementation plans, and NIRI's legislative priorities.
11:45am – 12:45 pm Working Lunch
Meet with legislative meeting groups to discuss strategy over lunch.
12:45 – 1:15 pm Travel to Capitol Hill
Groups will travel together via taxi or by foot to Capitol Hill.
1:15 – 5:30 pm Capitol Hill Meetings
Groups will meet with Members of Congress or their staff.
6:30 – 8:30 pm Reception, Dinner, and Remarks from SEC Commissioner
Speaker: Commissioner Hester M. Peirce
Join colleagues for a brief reception, followed by remarks from Commissioner Peirce. Dinner to follow. 


Friday, September 29
8:00 – 8:45 am Breakfast
8:45 – 10:00 am Prep Session for Meeting with SEC Officials
Review NIRI's advocacy issues and protocols for the SEC meeting.
10:00 am – 12:00 pm  Virtual Meeting with SEC Officials
A meeting with representatives from the Division of Corporation Finance, with designated speakers for each key issue.
12:00 pm Program Concludes
Attendees depart from SEC.
