Hotel Reservations

The hotel is located 2 blocks from Union Station, 3 blocks from the US Capitol and Senate offices and 4 blocks from the National Mall.

The discounted rate guest room rate, which is subject to the current state and local taxes per room, per night is $344.00 for both single/double occupancy.  The discounted rate is available until September 6, 2023. This is a limited room block, and we strongly encourage you to reserve your accommodations early. Reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be accepted at the hotel’s discretion and will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Getting There
Area Airports – Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport at 5 miles from the hotel.  Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 30 miles from the hotel, and Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) is 35 miles from the hotel. 

Taxi – Taxi fare from Reagan Airport (DCA) is approximately $25 and $60 from Dulles International Airport (IAD)
 
Trains and Metro – The hotel is located off the red line Metro at Union Station, accessible to Amtrak trains.
 
Attire
We recommend business attire for Capitol Hill and SEC visits; otherwise, business casual is appropriate.

The average temperature in Washington, D.C. in September ranges from a high of 83° to a low of 64° at night.  Weather can always be unpredictable though, so we encourage you to check the forecast as the meeting gets closer.
