This hands-on one day workshop, which combines theory with small group breakouts, focuses on all the key elements for a successful investor presentation.

Presentation Best Practices
In the morning session, participants will learn and apply the six best practices for creating a compelling presentation, including:

•    How to develop clear messages
•    The best ways to organize the content into a logical flow that tells a story
•    The key to creating effective slides

Participants will critique presentations including ones submitted by 3-4 brave volunteers.

Applying the Best Practices to Your Own Investor Presentation
The afternoon will focus on applying the skills and framework from the morning session: 

•    Ensuring the right content – learn about the three content items all investors want to know about your  company and discover what content changes you need to make to your own presentation.

Creating Successful Investor Day Presentations

David works with companies in the U.S., Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia developing presentations for their own local markets as well as for international audiences. Fine brings over twenty years experience in investor relations and corporate communications. 

Fine has served as a director on the national board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI), and is a past President of the Ontario Chapter of CIRI.
