This program covers complex competencies and practices, regulatory and governance knowledge, and business insights helping seasoned practitioners validate their elevated knowledge and skills. This standalone program is intended for a wide range of professionals within the investor relations profession; IR corporate professionals and counselors, service providers, finance, communications, and other professionals.
 
For IR corporate professionals and IR counselors, this certificate enables you to divide your IRC journey into two parts. With this certificate more seasoned practitioners can hone existing skills, while also perfecting the tools, visibility and network necessary to become a leader in the broader IR community.
 
Service providers, though not eligible to earn the IRC, can earn the IR Foundations and IR Advanced certificates. This demonstrates the commitment to the IR profession, to customers, and colleagues.

Upon successful completion of the IR Advanced exam, you will receive an e-certificate and digital badge to designate your accomplishment.

Examination Format
The IR Advanced examination will take 90 minutes to complete and consists of 75 multiple choice questions. It is administered in a computer-based format online and on demand with live remote proctoring. The passing score for the IR Advanced examination is 55 correct answers of 75 scored items. This program is U.S.-based, and the examinations are administered in English.

How To Earn The IRC Certification
