The NIRI Corporate Disclosure Certificate (NCDC)™ recognizes professionals who demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles and expectations that guide disclosure for public and private companies. By earning this certificate, professionals validate their ability to apply disclosure standards in real-world situations, including making materiality judgments, supporting earnings communications, and engaging appropriately with the investment community.

Designed for investor relations professionals, corporate communicators, and others involved in disclosure processes, the certificate signifies practical, applied knowledge of current disclosure requirements and the ability to apply standards consistently across corporate communications.

To earn the NIRI Corporate Disclosure Certificate, participants must successfully pass a 60-minute examination consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions. A passing score requires at least 36 correct answers out of 50 scored items. The exam blueprint is outlined below:

There are no eligibility requirements to enroll, and once you earn the certificate, it does not need to be renewed. The program is U.S.-based, and the exam is administered in English. After successfully passing the exam, you’ll receive a digital certificate and badge to showcase your achievement.
