Investor relations leaders operate in a uniquely high-stakes role: trusted by investors and analysts, relied upon by executives and the board, and often expected to influence decisions without direct authority.
The NIRI Leadership Development Series is a small-group virtual cohort designed to help senior IR professionals strengthen three essential leadership capabilities: building credibility with the Street, influencing internal decisions, and communicating with confidence in high-pressure settings.
Unlike a traditional webinar, this series is designed as an interactive, confidential cohort experience. Participants will work with the same small group across three live sessions, allowing for candid discussion, practical application, and peer connection.
Who Should Attend
This program is designed for IR leaders who represent their companies directly to investors, analysts, executives, and the board.

This three-part virtual series includes:
- Three live, 90-minute virtual sessions
- A small, closed cohort of participants
