The Mentor Program provides a platform for high quality, 1×1 networking within the DFW chapter. It pairs people across different phases of an IR career, in order to have conversations around: critical experiences gained at different roles, switching industries or company size, general career guidance, and much more. The Program only requires a 30-minute commitment and is an avenue to deepen relationships within our profession.
