Sam Gibbons currently serves as Managing Director and General Manager of Alpha IR Group’s Minneapolis office. He joined the firm in 2023 after spending the previous five years as Vice President of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Vireo Health, where he helped lead the company’s reverse merger go-public transaction and completed multiple private placements, debt offerings and M&A transactions. Sam started his career in ICR’s consumer retail and industrials practices after graduating from Boston University. He also  serves as Co-President of the Twin Cities Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
