Currently, as the Managing Director and Head of Issuer and BigDough Solutions at S&P Global, Kevin plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive growth across the company’s Investor Relations, Research, Sales, and Trading divisions. His responsibilities include fostering collaboration across various segments, overseeing product development tailored to client needs, managing budgets, and identifying new growth opportunities. In his previous role as Managing Director for Issuer Solutions, Kevin successfully led a team of over 400 employees, generating more than $100 million in annual revenue. He was instrumental in developing and executing commercial strategies that aligned with the broader business objectives of S&P Global, while also championing new growth initiatives. His ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders has been a hallmark of his career, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Before joining S&P Global, Kevin served as Managing Director for Investor Relations, Broker Research, and Sustainability at Ipreo. In this capacity, he was a key member of the executive leadership team and co-led the launch of Ipreo’s stock surveillance and targeting businesses. This initiative not only achieved substantial revenue growth but also significantly enhanced employee engagement metrics, showcasing his commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Kevin’s career began at Thomson Financial, where he managed analyst teams and provided strategic advice to publicly traded companies, helping them navigate the complexities of investor relations.
