Robbin E. Moore-Randolph is Deputy Head of Investor Relations at Syensqo (SYENS.BR), a global provider of high-performance materials and chemical solutions, where she leads investor engagement in North America. Robbin has more than 25 years of experience in developing and leading strategic investor relations programs for top-tier companies in widely differing industries. Prior to joining Syensqo, Robbin led investor relations at Cars.com, where she executed a strategic investor engagement program that helped reshape its shareholder base. At Avanos Medical, a newly independent company, she established a global strategic investor relations program. Robbin has also held senior level investor relations positions at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, where she developed and initiated a comprehensive investor relations program, following its 2001 IPO. Throughout her career, Robbin has demonstrated an ability to build strong relationships with the investment community and provide strategic counsel to leadership.
Robbin has been involved with NIRI for nearly 20 years, holding various positions in both the Charlotte and Atlanta Chapters. Currently, she serves as Program co-chair for the Atlanta chapter and is a member of the Education Committee for NIRI National.
Robbin holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Science from the Merrick School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northeastern University, where she is an active volunteer at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
