Yijing is currently the head of Investor Relations at UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS), a global leader in safety science that completed a successful IPO in April 2024. Previously, Yijing served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Gentherm Incorporated (NASDAQ:THRM). There, she led the development and execution of global strategy, completed transformative acquisitions, and delivered total shareholder return well above the market index and peer group. She also elevated investor perception to the top quartile, enhanced forecast accuracy by establishing a new FP&A team and launched Gentherm’s first corporate communications program to expand media and stakeholder visibility.
Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations at Harman International, a Samsung Company. Before joining Harman, she spent 17 years at telecommunications company Sprint Corporation in multiple leadership assignments, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Mobile Health, General Manager of International Wholesale, Vice President of Investor Relations and business unit CFO roles. Before Sprint, Yijing served as a senior consultant for Ernst & Young.
Yijing is an Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® holder and a Certified Treasury Professional. She is also an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute’s Senior Roundtable and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Yijing has served on the board of CommunityAmerica Credit Union ($5B in Assets), where she chaired the Asset and Liability Committee. She also served on the Board of Directors and was Treasurer of the 1,000 Dreams Fund. In addition, she was on the boards of Blue Valley Educational Foundation, the Asian Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City, the Central Exchange as well as the Finance Committee of the United Way.
Yijing holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with highest distinction from the University of Kansas, and a Master of Business Administration with high honors from the University of Chicago.
