NIRI Recognizes New Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® Holders

NIRI recognizes and congratulates the 11 new Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® holders who earned their IRC charters in 2025.

The Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® remains the primary route for IR professionals to demonstrate mastery of the discipline. It attests to both comprehensive knowledge of the core principles of investor relations and the ability to apply those principles in real-world, strategic contexts. The IRC signals credibility, judgment, and readiness to operate at the highest professional level.

More than an exam-based charter, the IRC validates applied, portable competencies that extend beyond investor relations. It reflects a professional’s ability to synthesize financial, regulatory, governance, and communications considerations into clear, trusted guidance for leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
