Lisa Caperelli joined Ardelyx as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications. Ardelyx is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of innovative medicines that meet significant unmet medical needs. Caperelli is a member of the NIRI Board of Directors and the NIRI Philadelphia Board of Directors.

Chris Mecray is the new Chief Financial Officer at ITG Communications, a service provider to communications and digital infrastructure industries owned by Oaktree Capital. He previously held investor relations positions at MasTec, Inc., DuPont, and Axalta Coating Systems. He was also a senior equity research analyst at BlackRock Inc. Mecray is a longtime member of the NIRI Philadelphia chapter.

John Dalhoff is the new Director of Investor Relations at Quaker Houghton. He was previously Global Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the company. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years at Trinseo, where he worked in investor relations for two years and six years in a range of other financial positions. He is a member of NIRI Philadelphia.
